If you have at least 2 years of recent collections experience , we want to talk to you! We’re looking for driven professionals who are confident making outbound calls, skilled at building rapport, and motivated by achieving and exceeding their goals. Pay: $17–$19/hr (based on experience) + Monthly Commission Opportunities (top performers earn hundreds more each month!) Schedule: Monday–Friday only — No nights or weekends . After training, create a 40-hour schedule that fits your life (between 7:00 AM–8:00 PM). What You’ll Do: Handle inbound and outbound calls to help consumers resolve delinquent accounts. Negotiate payment solutions using ethical, consumer-friendly communication. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals. Accurately update consumer account information. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of debt collection experience (within the last 3 years preferred). Must be 18+ years old . Comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and using multiple computer programs. Independent problem solver with strong communication skills. Workspace Requirements: A dedicated workspace, free from distractions, to maintain consumer privacy. No dependent care responsibilities during work hours. Ability to work seated at a computer with dual monitors and a headset . Computer must be hardwired with reliable, high-speed internet .
