What You’ll Do • Make 80+ outbound calls daily and maintain at least 3 hours of talk time. • Contact and follow up with students who have outstanding tuition balances. • Use empathy and firmness to create manageable payment plans. • Follow proven call scripts and tracking systems (Salesforce, Kixie). • Hit daily and monthly recovery goals while working closely with the team.
