We're looking for a skilled professional with experience in Colleague Student Information Systems or higher education, passionate about delivering innovative solutions that drive student success. If you're a super user of Colleague Student Information Systems or have experience implementing Colleague Student Information Systems modules, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality implementation consulting services to drive customer success
Collaborate with consulting teams and peers to exceed customer and project expectations
Identify and remediate issues that impede customer greatness
Drive innovative and transformative strategies for successful SaaS implementations
Continuously improve the customer experience through service artifacts and development
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of Colleague Student experience
2+ years of implementation and consulting experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to communicate with C-level and project leaders
Experience with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and delivery readiness
Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage activities based on business impact
