Remote Collaborative Physician available for PAs/NPs in multi states
Job Description:
A board-certified U.S. physician with 22 active state licenses is seeking to collaborate with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) working in adult primary care or urgent care settings. This role is strictly limited to outpatient or telemedicine practices. The collaboration is fully remote and designed to support low-risk, compliant practices in accordance with individual state guidelines.
The physician provides non-prescriptive oversight through chart review and case-based consultation. The arrangement is ideal for NPs and PAs needing a dependable and experienced collaborating physician who understands compliance and values autonomy in practice.
Responsibilities:
• Provide one hour per month of chart review per NP/PA
• Offer case advice and consultation as needed via email or secure messaging
• Ensure compliance with state-specific collaborative or supervisory requirements
• Maintain availability for communication in accordance with applicable regulations
• Review documentation and provide guidance only for adult outpatient or telemedicine cases
Scope Limitations:
• No pediatric patients
• No controlled substances
• No psychotropic medications
• No hormone therapy
• No weight-loss treatments
• No inpatient oversight or in-person clinic responsibilities

Physician Credentials:

• Over 20 years of U.S. clinical experience
Compensation:
• Flat fee of $650/month per NP or PA
• No additional or hidden charges
• Simple, straightforward agreement
Candidate Requirements:
• Licensed NP or PA practicing in one of the 22 listed states
• Practice must be adult-only, primary care or urgent care
• Setting must be outpatient or telemedicine only
• Clean professional background with no history of investigations, sanctions, or malpractice issues
