[Remote] Cloud Platform Scrum Master

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RIT Solutions, Inc. is a company seeking a Cloud Platform Scrum Master to enable the success of Cloud and DevOps delivery teams. The role involves driving Agile planning and execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality cloud platform products, and facilitating effective communication and coordination among teams. Responsibilities • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews) across multiple cloud and DevOps delivery teams. • Partner with Product Owners to manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to align with strategic goals. • Track team performance metrics (velocity, throughput, predictability) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and cross-team coordination issues to maintain delivery momentum. • Coach teams on Agile principles, and iterative delivery of platform services. • Partner with Engineering, and FinOps leads to align delivery milestones and ensure alignment to enterprise standards. • Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to leadership with transparency and accountability. Skills • 5+ years of experience leading Agile teams, preferably within Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure engineering environments. • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent). • Proven ability to facilitate multiple teams and coordinate complex delivery dependencies. • Excellent communication and servant-leadership skills with a focus on empowerment and accountability. • Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD workflows, and cloud-based delivery models. • Experience supporting cloud platform or DevOps product teams (AWS, GCP, Terraform, or GitHub Actions). • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II). • Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing priorities and tracking performance metrics. • Experience collaborating with global, distributed engineering teams.
