The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Remote Closer to join our sales team. You’ll take intro calls (pre-qualified leads) and run demo calls to close clients into high-ticket marketing packages. This is a consultative sales role - not cold calling. You’ll be speaking with business owners who already know about our services and need guidance to move forward.
Responsibilities
• Conduct intro calls with pre-booked leads (no cold prospecting).
• Run demo calls using our proven sales framework.
• Uncover client pain points and align them with Moving Engine’s marketing solutions.
• Confidently present $3,000–$10,000/month marketing packages.
• Handle objections and close deals.
• Track pipeline activity in Go High Level (our CRM).
• Collaborate with the fulfillment and onboarding team to optimize close rates.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience closing ($3K+/month) over the phone or google meets.
• Strong consultative sales approach (ability to build trust and uncover needs).
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry for growth.
• Comfortable with CRM tracking and digital tools.
• Background in digital marketing sales is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
• Base + Commission: $2000/month base + 8–9% commission on closed revenue.
• Expected earnings: $6,000–$10,000/month+ OTE (no cap).
• Fully remote, flexible schedule with pre-set appointments.
