Remote Clinical Pharmacist - Start of Care
About the position Responsibilities • Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions • Verification of hard copy and digital Rx's • Communication with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians via phone and email • Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers • Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met • Other duties as appropriate Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) • Active license in state of residence • Experience with pharmacist verification work • Clinical Judgement Expertise • Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus • Ability to work flexible schedule • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with multiple partners Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective 1st of the month following date of hire • Flexible spending • Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability • Voluntary benefits • 401(k) • Paid Time Off • Paid holidays Apply tot his job
