We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Clinical Network Recruiter I to join our Practitioner Contracting/Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Clinical programs to prospective practitioners, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to prospective practitioners to encourage participation in our Clinical programs
Meet and exceed monthly recruitment goals for applications received
Utilize our contact management database to track interactions and stay organized
Provide exceptional customer service and support to practitioners, addressing their needs and concerns
Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental objectives and participate in special projects as directed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company policies to continuously improve performance
Requirements:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with a high school diploma required if equivalent experience is considered
Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales and/or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with decision-makers
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn our contact management database
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
