[Remote] Client Services Operations Specialist - Remote (Minneapolis, MN)

They are seeking a Client Services Operations Specialist to support the Finance Department by managing client databases, enforcing outside counsel guidelines, and ensuring accurate invoicing and collections. Responsibilities Accurately and timely update the firm database(s) for all clients in accordance with firm process guidelines Update and maintain team sites and systems regarding billing, collections, and estimates requirements Build strong partnerships with other departments within the firm to align to our internal policies and procedures Manage and enforce outside counsel guidelines and oversee related education, implementation, and enforcement Lead routine outside counsel guideline audit Assist in development and support of testing scripts and technical documentation of the department’s workflow and processes Ensuring accurate documentation, setup, and management of client invoicing and collections Skills 1+ years experience in client or customer service is required Technical orientation including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional manner when dealing with all levels of legal, management, and support staff Ability to learn fast and multi-task effectively while staying organized and maintaining work quality Ability and drive to identify knowledge gaps and willingness to ask questions Acute attention to details and work product Bachelor's degree in business administration or closely related field preferred, or equivalent combination of technical training and experience Benefits Competitive pay and discretionary bonus opportunities along with a rich benefits package, including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, generous paid time off, and tuition reimbursement Award-winning retirement and profit sharing plans with employer contribution A family-friendly atmosphere with back-up child care, as well as health and wellness initiatives A positive culture awarded an Outstanding Workplace designation in 2023 and 2024 by People Insight based on our high levels of employee engagement Company Overview Fish & Richardson is a leading global law firm with more than 350 attorneys and technology specialists.
