[Remote] Client Services Business Analyst - Healthcare Data
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Precision AQ is a company focused on transforming healthcare through data science and analytics. They are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to develop and maintain healthcare data systems while serving as a liaison between technical teams and business clients.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, develop, and sustain data systems using SQL/T-SQL and related technologies to support analytic readiness across complex healthcare datasets
ā¢ Serve as a subject matter expert on client datasets, maintaining full lifecycle documentation and quality assurance protocols for both recurring reports and new implementations
ā¢ Collaborate regularly with marketing clients, project management, client services, and quality assurance teams to align data strategy with business objectives
ā¢ Effectively communicate technical outcomes into clear, business-relevant insights tailored for marketers, client teams, and executive audiences
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to triage client requests, set expectations with stakeholders, and execute complex data workflows with minimal supervision
ā¢ Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple clients and concurrent development of workstreams
ā¢ Produce reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators, uncover operational insights, and support data-driven decision-making
ā¢ Support and guide junior analysts, contributing to a culture of analytical excellence and mentorship
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree
ā¢ Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis required, preferred in a healthcare or pharmaceutical space
ā¢ 3ā5 years of experience with SQL Server, data integration, ETL development, and data validation techniques
ā¢ Strong command of data storytelling and the ability to explain complex logic to diverse audiences
ā¢ Expertise in SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, and data profiling tools; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Python
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to work independently across multiple priorities while ensuring quality and accuracy
ā¢ Adept at fostering relationships, communicating proactively, and collaborating across internal and external teams
ā¢ Comfortable mentoring and setting quality standards for others in the team
