Remote Client Service Representative

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. • Assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner. • Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or promote services. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage documentation and reporting. • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with customers. • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement. • Handle cash transactions accurately when required. • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required. • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers. • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to demonstrate analysis skills for problem-solving and decision-making. • Sales experience is a plus, contributing to upselling opportunities when appropriate. • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
