Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on products and services.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through proactive communication and regular follow-ups, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify client concerns and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs better and identify areas for improvement in our service delivery.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements that could benefit clients.
Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions, issues resolved, and feedback collected to the management team.
Provide clients with information regarding new products, services, and updates that align with their needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to effectively serve our clients and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Driven, dedicated, and creative with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software and data management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
