[Remote] Client Program Specialist - Patent

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is one of the top law firms in the U.S. seeking a Client Program Specialist - Patent to support patent client teams. The role involves overseeing projects, managing client communications, and ensuring compliance with billing guidelines. Responsibilities Oversee status of patent projects using project management tools Manage a high volume of client communication, and determine appropriate action or response Manage a high volume of client billing, with attention to client and internal billing guidelines Report new actions, filings, and other patent activity to client Liaison with clients to provide information by telephone, email, and using client specific software Clear subject matter conflicts, and monitor client specific deadlines Coordinate scheduling of disclosure meetings and review meetings Availability and willingness to work overtime as needed or requested Other duties as assigned Skills 1+ years of experience in an office setting, preferably in the legal or professional services industry Demonstrated project management experience Prior experience with project management software and/or docketing software Self-starter with a high degree of attention to detail and sensitivity to confidential materials Ability to accurately type 50+ wpm Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently Ability to multitask and balance competing projects and deadlines A highly professional demeanor and appearance Ability to work in a team-oriented, service focused environment and to handle stressful situations in calm, composed manner A high school diploma or GED certification Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with all levels of a professional services organization, including interpersonal skills Strong customer service, analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills Previous experience in a law firm or professional services organization, supporting a multi-office environment Benefits Choice of health and vision insurance plans 2 paid volunteer days for qualifying community service work Dental plan Fertility and adoption benefit Paid sabbatical after 13 years of service Tuition reimbursement Commuter benefits Retirement contribution Health insurance with an optional HSA Long term disability Dental insurance Vision care Telemedicine and virtual short term solution based counseling services Life insurance Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Subsidized backup care and caregiving resources 401(k) Vacation Sick time 11 paid holidays each year Employee assistance program Voluntary accident insurance Voluntary life Voluntary disability Voluntary long term care Pet insurance Commuter and Transit programs Company Overview Purpose drives us.
