Remote Client Manager (Licensed Insurance Agent) - Full-Time Opportunity

Job Overview
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, calls, and emails, providing personalized support and guidance
Help customers find the lowest-priced policies that best serve their needs, without upselling or pressuring them
Write articles and update our internal database to support our customers and improve our services
Maintain a valid Producer's License with Line of Authority of Property Casualty and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Complete mandatory client manager training within the first 30-45 days of employment
Requirements
Valid Producer's License with Line of Authority of Property Casualty (expiration date 6 months or more in the future)
Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
Minimum 6 months of experience in a 100% remote-based position
Strong command of the English language (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills
Customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
Computer literacy and ability to navigate basic software programs (Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Email, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail, ability to learn new systems and skills quickly, and excellent time management skills
Able to work one weekend day as part of your weekly schedule
What We Offer
Competitive hourly rate: $25.74 per hour (non-negotiable)
Promotion to Senior Client Manager (with pay raise) after 18 consecutive months in the position
15 days (120 hours) of PTO per year, 6 paid holidays, and paid bereavement leave
Equipment: PC + monitor, standard peripherals, and a monthly internet stipend of $75
Retirement Plan: 401k safe harbor plan with up to a 6% company match and ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement)
