Remote Client Manager - American Express ($30-$35/Hour)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Client Manager to join our team at American Express. As a Remote Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth, and fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time, remote opportunity offering a competitive salary of $30-$35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Hold and grow a portfolio of high-value T&E/Supplier Payment clients through proactive engagement and strategic planning
Develop and execute tailored plans to drive program growth, efficiency, client satisfaction, and retention
Build and maintain deep relationships with clients at all levels, both internally and externally
Communicate the Global Corporate Payments value proposition to clients and identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services
Resolve client issues using formal project plans and additional action plans as required
Analyze client P&Ls to develop consultative strategies to improve key drivers and margins
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 4 years of experience in Business Card Relationship Management, Consulting, or Sales
Strong understanding of Acquire-to-Pay cycles and Accounting/ERP Systems
Project management skills and experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead conversations, influence decisions, and drive results
