[Remote] Client Finance Analyst

The Client Finance Analyst I role involves assisting with project accounting, preparing client invoicing, and tracking project costs, among other responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the overall monthly project accounting efforts including taking notes from the monthly status meetings with project managers and making project updates across financial trackersSetup new projects awarded in time & expense systems and files including verifying signatures, agreeing to Salesforce and escalating discrepanciesAssist with updating project files for change orders, budget adjustments & carve outs, and updating project financial trackers for specific project milestones/tasksBook intercompany revenue/cost transactions & update shared financial trackersAssist with the preparation and investigation of hours and expenses for client projects incurred including review of assigned billing roles/ratesPrepare client invoicing based on contracts and follow up with customers on past due invoicesWhen applicable, create and maintain waterfall of invoicing per contractsAssist in the preparation of monthly client accrualsTrack project costs compared to contracted amounts as well as other direct costs shared across projects/clientsAssist in set up & tracking of new employees and when applicable subcontractor hours/bill rates/expenses monthly compared to forecast and budgetUpdate basic and routine monthly general ledger account reconciliationsCollaborate with SG&A team where applicableAssist with ad hoc projects as applicable, including the annual budget preparationAssist in pulling supporting documents for the annual auditSkillsBachelor's degree with a minimum concentration accounting, finance or business0-2 years of relevant accounting/finance experienceIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsAgency or Professional Services experience a plusMonth end close experienceRevenue Recognition experienceProject Accounting experienceClient Services/Client Facing experienceBenefitsDiscretionary annual bonusHealth insuranceRetirement savings benefitsLife insuranceDisability benefitsParental leavePaid time off for sick leave and vacationCompany OverviewPrecision AQ is the commercialization partner of choice for biopharma innovators, market access leaders, and brand strategists.
