Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to industry regulations and internal policies concerning data reporting compliance.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of processes, configurations, and procedures within the reporting framework to ensure clarity and currency.
• Leverage automation techniques to boost efficiency in data analysis and reporting processes.
• Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to develop intricate data flows and unified dashboards for effective presentations.
• Implement best practices for navigating and publishing BI reports, managing user permissions, and monitoring report usage.
• Collaborate with programming languages to assist data teams in querying, structuring, and modeling data for comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Analyze business data to produce descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive reports using advanced visualizations to uncover trends and insights.
• Provide mentorship to team members on data visualization strategies and foster their development in report generation.
• Conduct testing with business partners and propose enhancements to dashboards and reports.

Required Skills
• Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript for database analysis and development.
• Familiarity with Oracle and other database management systems.
• Strong grasp of database design principles and compliance regulations regarding data security.
• Capability to create and uphold clear, concise documentation related to database procedures and structures.
• Keen observational skills for identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies using suitable tools.
• Experience with data monitoring tools to enhance data processes.
• Established ability to automate data management functions for increased efficiency.
