Equipment Operation & Safety Compliance Operate all delivery equipment in a safe, responsible, and professional manner, adhering to OSHA standards and company safety protocols. Perform routine equipment inspections before and after shifts, documenting any maintenance needs. Participate in regular safety briefings and ongoing training modules. Communication & Documentation Follow written, oral, and diagrammatic instructions for route planning and special delivery requirements. Prepare brief written reports or correspondence when needed (e.g., incident reports, customer feedback). Maintain clear, timely communication with shift supervisors, co‑workers, and other internal departments. Continuous Improvement & Additional Projects Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, route optimization, and customer satisfaction. Participate in special projects, pilot programs, or seasonal initiatives as assigned. Essential Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
