- Receiving and reviewing insurance claims
- Conducting thorough investigations and gathering necessary information
- Processing claims accurately and efficiently
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of claims activities
- Previous experience in a call center environment is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Must be a resident of Richmond, VA or the surrounding area, as local onsite meetings will be required (approximately once a month)
