[Remote] Chief Solutions Officer (CSO) – Healthcare / Medicare Advantage / AI Platforms

The Chief Solutions Officer (CSO) will lead the strategy for healthcare solutions, ensuring compliance and driving product-led architecture to meet enterprise needs while enhancing value realization through AI-driven outcomes. Responsibilities • Own solution strategy across risk adjustment, Stars/HEDIS, medical cost management, member and provider engagement • Translate CMS regulations and clinical complexity into clear solution blueprints • Ensure CMS compliance and audit readiness across solutions • Partner with Product and Engineering to convert customer needs into scalable platform features and AI workflows • Define what is configurable versus custom • Drive creation of reusable solution accelerators and AI copilots • Reduce bespoke consulting and increase ARR • Own ROI and value narratives across RAF lift, Stars improvement, cost reduction, and admin productivity • Establish outcome dashboards, ROI models, and time-to-value metrics • Support outcome-based pricing and ROI guarantees • Serve as executive solution sponsor for complex Medicare Advantage deals • Support C-suite discovery, solution positioning, and deal structuring • Ensure deals reinforce product adoption over services dependency • Act as trusted advisor to payer and provider executives • Lead executive workshops on AI-driven MA optimization • Ensure early success and referenceable outcomes • Provide executive oversight for solution delivery • Ensure alignment between sold, delivered, and realized outcomes • Protect margins and manage scope discipline • Identify recurring client needs and productize into platform features • Build a healthcare solutions catalog aligned to roadmap priorities • Build and lead a senior solutions and consulting organization • Establish healthcare playbooks, standards, and CMS-aware frameworks • Coach teams on executive storytelling and outcome-based selling Skills • 10+ years of healthcare experience with Medicare Advantage exposure • Experience in consulting, solutions, or healthcare SaaS/AI platforms • Deep understanding of CMS, payer and provider operations • Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership • Deep healthcare credibility • Product-first mindset with consulting judgment • Outcome-obsessed and commercially disciplined • Strong communicator comfortable with ambiguity Company Overview • Who We Are?
