[Remote] Chief AI/ML, co-Founder, Sincerity AI (CV & Voice)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Voicera AI is looking for a Chief AI/ML Co-founder to lead their innovative efforts in Generative AI. The role involves hands-on training of AI models, strategic planning for AI/ML activities, and collaboration with the founding team to enhance their products. Responsibilities • Hands-on model training, fine-tuning, and MP Ops development • Plan and run all AI/ML Data Science activities including: • The selection of necessary methodologies and tools • Defining the right strategies to develop our AI models & datasets • Implement agile methods daily (work in sprints) • Hire and oversee AI interns and as we grow, manage contractors & employees • Collaborate with Voicera’s founders on improvements to our models • Define and track metrics to learn rapidly and implement changes rapidly • Occasionally seek out and/or suggest potential partnerships within your network • Represent the company, promoting new and innovative ideas, inspire trust in the products and underlying AI that the company is building, through an active involvement across the public spaces Skills • MS /PhD in a related field • 5+ years as a Data Scientist + ML/AI Engineer • 5+ years of work experience with TensorFlow • 5+ years of work experience with Python • Experience building AI/ML models in the realm of voice analytics, computer vision, facial analytics, or a related field • Adaptable, solution-orientated, values cross-functional collaboration, and comfortable with uncertainty that comes with startup innovation and product pivots that align with future changes in our consumer base • Entrepreneur mindset • Experience creating a scalable AI product with a large consumer base • Bonus points if you've done this for a startup in the past and know how to be a proactive visionary that understands the 'why' and 'who would buy this?' behind the AI you create • Some understanding of AI ethics and privacy laws • Interest in empathy AI, perceptive computing, SaaS, customer/consumer insights, Legal Tech, HR Tech, and/or Sales Tech • Demonstrated ability to achieve results while collaborating in a remote work environment • Bonus if you know how to implement minor UX/UI changes on our platform Benefits • Co-Founder equity (1%-4%) depending on experience level and ½ vs full-time commitment, until investor funding or sufficient sales are enough to pay salaries. • The chance to make a significant impact in leading the AI/ML of a small AI startup that has the potential to scale to millions and become a leader in the Gen AI space. • A product with purpose: AI that can augment human capability to understand and interpret the sincerity and emotions of others 30%+ more accurately than current human ability. • The opportunity to collaborate with an experienced and diverse team from across the world that is equally passionate about the positive impact voice & emotion AI offers.
