Remote Chatbot Developer Jobs
About the role:
We, at Turing, are looking for highly-skilled remote chatbot developers who will be responsible for developing applications using technologies like AI/ML/NLP to automate communication and customer services. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document data coming from bot conversation
- Interpret the pattern, trends, and conversational flow of bots
- Collaborate with system architects and programmers for app design and decision-making
- Design and build conversational chatbots
- Design and implement processes and strategies to enhance the end-user experience
- Define recurring questions to automate answers/responses
- Assist in the handling of multilingual support
- Build and deploy internal testing tools
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience working with chatbots and customer-facing production projects (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Proficiency in AI/chatbot development landscape, tools, and other frameworks
- Expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and NLP algorithms
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, etc.
- Understanding of recommendation algorithm used in e-commerce and advertising
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle
- Fluent in English to communicate effectively
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones
