About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Chat Support Specialist to join our team, representing our automotive dealer clients in online conversations. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional support, and turn conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services
Requirements:
Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, 10am-6:30pm CST
Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
Basic internet and window-based computer skills
Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is helpful)
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
