Requirements and Skills:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is highly desirable
Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with excellent data entry and record-keeping skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong focus on customer service and support
