Respond to incoming customer live chats, addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager as needed
Build relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs
Provide accurate, concise, and timely responses to customer inquiries, requests, and problems
Promote interest in client products and services, consistently achieving established standards
Portray a positive and professional image, providing administrative support to the customer service team
Assist with overflow work and other duties as required
