Currently all of our roles include phone support. Equipment and Internet Requirements • Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) • Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up • A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile) • Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment • Desk and an ergonomic chair Location Requirements: • ** Must live in the United States*** Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings.
