Harmonic Finance Inc is revolutionizing application security with an AI-powered platform, and they are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to build their partner ecosystem from the ground up. This role involves establishing processes and driving revenue through partnerships while owning partner-sourced revenue targets.
Responsibilities
⢠Assess current partnerships to identify quick wins and expansion opportunities
⢠Design the partner program structure including tier levels, partner benefits, onboarding workflows, and training programs
⢠Create scalable processes for partner identification, activation, training, and relationship management
⢠Generate a qualified pipeline and close business through partner channels
⢠Partner with marketing to execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, and lead generation programs that drive measurable pipeline
⢠Build and maintain executive-level relationships within partner organizations to ensure strategic alignment and sustained partnership value
Skills
⢠7+ years in channel/partner sales within software, SaaS, or cybersecurity companies
⢠Proven track record building partner programs from scratch or scaling early-stage channel functions
⢠Strong relationships with Solution Providers, Resellers, MSSPs, and/or SIs with demonstrated ability to recruit and activate new partners
⢠Experience with cloud and technology including co-sell program development
⢠Pipeline and revenue accountability with history of meeting/exceeding quotas through partner-generated opportunities
⢠Data-driven approach with ability to track partner performance, pipeline metrics, and ROI to optimize program investments
⢠Experience working closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams
⢠Experience in application security, DevSecOps, or adjacent cybersecurity domains
⢠Experience with major cloud partner ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and co-selling motions
⢠Proven success executing partner marketing programs that generate pipeline
⢠International channel experience (U.S. + Europe)
