[Remote] Channel Operations Specialist

The Channel Operations Specialist role involves managing day-to-day operations for the channel business, including PO processing and partner data maintenance, while collaborating with various teams to enhance workflows and support partner programs. Responsibilities Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for GoGuardian’s channel business Manage transactional and process-driven tasks such as PO processing, deal registration, and partner data maintenance Provide operational insight to improve workflows and scalability Collaborate closely with Sales Ops, Finance, and partner teams to streamline processes, maintain high-quality data, and support the execution of GoGuardian’s partner programs Skills 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or channel support Strong familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM, with demonstrated experience in reporting and data management Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Passion for enabling sales growth by creating operational excellence Not afraid to pick up the phone and work things out Experience working in or with the education sector Benefits Complete health insurance 401(k) matching Employee equity plan Flexible time off Paid holidays Paid parental leave Paid year-end holiday break Work from home funds Fertility & adoption reimbursement Company Overview GoGuardian is an edtech startup that makes subscription software for K-12 schools.
