What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients via telephone and other modalities as part of the Virtual Care Support team
- Collect health information, vitals, and other relevant health history to share with the care team
- Provide health care support services for both adult and pediatric patients
- Coordinate general patient care to address all patient needs
- Manage calls and correspondence related to pharmacy, lab, referrals, and other inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have National License/Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a primary care setting
- Must be tech-savvy
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively within a team
