[Remote] Centralized Talent Contact Center Agent

The Talent Acquisition Agent will deliver a best-in-class talent pipeline for Renewal by Andersen, collaborating with field managers and managing candidate experiences.ResponsibilitiesThe TA Agent will collaborate with field managers to support their hiring needsThe TA Agent is expected to leverage best practice recruiting methodologies and incorporate diversity in the candidate searchEnsure an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements for each roleConduct a high volume of phone screens to reach at least 65% to 75% of our "interested" candidatesSchedule interviews for management with a high goal of 75% to 85% show rateReach out to candidates using our specified methods, timing and reportingManage the candidate experience through the Applicant Tracking System and Call Center technologySupport a level of outbound calling activities when needed, using the calling features in Enabled PlusThis also involves following the prescribed process for resulting leads and setting future callbacksSource and scout potential talent using key-word searches, social networking, and research toolsLeverage in-house ATS to identify, attract, present, and recruit top talentOrganize post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidatesMaintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager's interactions, and other recruiting activitiesSkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentA strong value system, excellent judgment, unquestioned integrityFlexible and resilient to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and changing business conditionAbility to control conversations in a professional, friendly mannerDesire to work in a fast-paced, collaborate environment and effectively drive team resultsSelf-motivated with very strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills including Microsoft office and Applicant Tracking SystemsBilingual Spanish/EnglishBenefits401 (k) Plan, Employer Fixed Contributions & Company MatchingProfit Sharing*Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage*Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)*Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)Life InsurancePaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysPaid Maternity Leave & Paid Parental Leave*Career Growth Planning & Nationwide Career OpportunitiesCompany OverviewFor more than 121 years, Andersen has designed, manufactured, and marketed premium windows and doors.
