Key Responsibilities:

Manage system-based work queues to identify and prioritize activities, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration with internal teams.
Utilize internal selling and project management systems to obtain and verify information, communicate with stakeholders, and resolve customer inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to questions, and escalating issues as needed, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and expertise in window treatments.
Collaborate with Service Providers, Stores, and peers to ensure seamless project execution, timely communication, and effective issue resolution.
Analyze and improve processes, providing feedback to supervisors and leadership teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of local competitive offerings, recognizing and communicating the advantages of our products and services to employees and customers.


Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, service support, or similar work environment.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Ability to work in a remote environment, meeting internet speed requirements (20mbps download, 5mbps upload) and maintaining a distraction-free workspace.
Availability to work during scheduled hours, with accessibility via email, chat, and/or telephone.
