Remote Central Selling Associate - Flooring (CST, MT, & PST)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Central Selling Associate to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Central Selling Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Manage system-based work queues to identify and prioritize sales activities
Utilize internal selling and project management systems to obtain and verify information related to service requests
Communicate effectively with stores, service providers, and customers via phone, email, and other communication applications
Provide product and promotional information to customers, and add relevant details to quotes as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and resolve customer issues
Provide feedback and insights to supervisors and leadership teams to drive process improvements
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Up to one year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, or similar work environment
Internet access with a minimum download speed of 20mbps and upload speed of 5mbps
Ability to work in a distraction-free environment and be accessible during scheduled work hours
Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in the remodeling or construction industry
Lowe's store experience
Installed flooring sales experience
Experience using MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools
