They are seeking a Collections Representative to proactively contact customers with overdue accounts, understand their financial challenges, and collaboratively identify solutions to help them maintain consistent loan payments. Responsibilities Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls efficiently to address customers with delinquent loan payments Negotiate and execute effective payment arrangements, strictly following Enova's specific call flow to bring overdue accounts current Resolve customer concerns and complex issues related to late payments, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, explaining the implications of overdue payments and offering assistance for financial resolution Ensure all customer interactions, payment plans, and relevant information are accurately recorded and maintained in Enova's database Skills A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high volume debt collections environment, successfully managing both inbound and outbound calls and consistently meeting daily call volume targets Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills, including proven proficiency in active listening and the application of de-escalation techniques during challenging calls Strong negotiation abilities, capable of balancing adherence to company policy with genuine customer empathy to secure successful payment arrangements or settlements Demonstrated high level of self-management for remote work, including superior time management, strict schedule adherence, and the ability to maintain focus, attention to detail, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously Proven ability to think quickly and logically to creatively problem solve and resolve difficult issues effectively under pressure Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance including mental health benefits 401(k) matching plus a roth option (U.S. Based employees only) PTO & paid holidays off Sabbatical program (for eligible roles) Summer hours (for eligible roles) Paid parental leave DEI groups (B.L.A.C.K. @ Enova, HOLA @ Enova, Women @ Enova, Pride @ Enova, South Asians @ Enova, APEX @ Enova, and Parents @ Enova) Employee recognition and rewards program Charitable matching and a paid volunteer day…Plus so much more!
