Required Skills
Proven clinical nursing experience with a focus on patient education and management.
Strong knowledge of disease states and treatment protocols.
Proficient computer skills and adaptability to evolving tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service orientation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining composure.
High emotional intelligence and a commitment to ethical standards.
Initiative in problem-solving and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
Active RN license in Indiana or Kentucky.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably with relevant disease state expertise.
Experience in nurseline triage, utilization management, or case management is advantageous.
A Bachelors degree in nursing is preferred.
