[Remote] Carrier Procurement Representative

The Carrier Procurement Representative will develop and nurture relationships with new enterprise carrier partners, negotiate rates, and support shippers with customized transportation solutions. Responsibilities Be part of our team that has exponentially grown to help further expand the company's carrier network by targeting and developing new enterprise carrier partners through high-volume phone calls, email, and in-person visits then maintaining those relationships with outstanding service Negotiate market-driven rates and ensure shipment on time Enable our carrier partners and drivers to utilize our cutting-edge online platform to communicate, book, and track loads autonomously Support Loadsmart’s shippers with customized transportation solutions to support their long-term consistent business Relay carrier feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve our technology to meet the needs of customers and carrier partners Drive efficiencies through the utilization of best-in-class technology tools Skills Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
