[Remote] Care Companion I (Overnight Shift)

The Care Companion will guide members through their family-forming journeys, offering support primarily via phone and email while ensuring outstanding customer service and addressing members' questions and concerns. Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service using excellent communication and empathy skills. • Effectively address members' questions and concerns, ensuring they receive the guidance they need.• Play a crucial role in shaping members' experience, helping them navigate and achieve their family-forming goals.
