As a Remote Call Center Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling high-value products, such as appliance maintenance agreements, to customers of Sears and other clients. Responsibilities
ā¢ Contacts customers via telephone to sell product Maintenance and Protection Agreements

ā¢ Engages decision-makers and applies skills in communication, customer service, and problem-solving
,
ā¢ Delivers a sales presentation that is partially scripted, adapting as needed
,
ā¢ Offers the best value for the customer in terms of price, discounts, and additional products
,
ā¢ Stresses features and benefits of the Protection Agreement
,
ā¢ Fields questions and overcomes objections raised by customers
,
ā¢ Corrects customer information on record when appropriate
,
ā¢ Closes the sale while respecting the customer's rights
,
ā¢ Mails proposals and literature when requested
,
ā¢ Follows through and calls back as per commitments
,
ā¢ Works with team members to provide high-level customer service and meet team goals
,
ā¢ Complies with selling policies, procedures, and company ethics
,
ā¢ Completes leads, sales processing, and recording
,
ā¢ Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
,
ā¢ Less than one year of related experience
,
ā¢ 18 years of age or older
,
ā¢ Ability to complete internal documentation
,
ā¢ Ability to present information to and communicate with customers and associates
,
ā¢ Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
,
ā¢ Ability to apply reasoning and comprehension to carry out instructions
,
ā¢ Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables
,
ā¢ Ability to demonstrate good intuition
,
ā¢ Ability to be assertive, self-motivated, and possess drive
,
ā¢ Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
,
ā¢ Ability to enter data efficiently using a keyboard and operate a mouse
,
ā¢ Ability to meet physical requirements of frequent sitting and some standing and walking
,
ā¢ Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations
