Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote booth and sponsorship opportunities
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable options
Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism
Accurately record and update customer information in our CRM system
Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up
Qualifications:
At least 21 years old
2+ years of sales experience (call center or in-home sales preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an energetic attitude
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Tech Requirements:
Reliable internet connection
Dedicated, noise-free workspace
Access to a computer or laptop and a cell phone
