Call Center Representative – Work from Home (NJ Residents Only) Start Date : ASAP Pay Rate: • $18.00/hr. – Monolingual (English Speaking) • $19.00/hr. – Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish & English) • Weekly Pay Location: • 100% Work from Home (Must reside in the State of New Jersey – any county/city) Training Details • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST • Duration: 3 weeks (mandatory attendance) Hours of Operation Open Enrollment (11/1 – 1/31): • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST • Sat: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST • Last 2 Sundays of OE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST • Last 3 days of OE: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST • 1 week after OE ends: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST Non-Open Enrollment: • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Position Overview The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide high-quality customer service to Marketplace consumers by answering inquiries, assisting with applications for health coverage, processing updates, and ensuring accurate documentation. Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls from the public, prospective enrollees, and representatives assisting consumers. • Assist with applications for healthcare coverage, eligibility determinations, and plan enrollment. • Process life event changes, demographic updates, and disenrollments. • Provide translation support for non-English-speaking callers. • Document all interactions in the appropriate systems. • Escalate issues as necessary and follow established procedures. • Attend the required training courses and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs. Requirements • Education: High School Diploma or GED • Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent call center experience • Residency: Must reside in the State of New Jersey • You must have your own equipment . No equipment will be provided.
