Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Proficient in basic computer applications and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if needed
