Remote Call Center Representative - Make a Difference in People's Lives!

As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing comfort, reassurance, and assistance during emergency and non-emergency situations. Key Responsibilities:
Successfully complete 21 days of new hire training and pass all required compliance testing
Monitor high-volume medical alert, secondary alarms, and inbound phone calls with genuine concern
Respond to emergency and non-emergency situations, determining response requirements and relative priorities
Answer customer questions, troubleshoot alarm systems, and record details of calls and dispatches
Maintain access to and security of highly sensitive materials
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
0+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment (heavy phone volume and/or data entry a plus)
Minimum download and upload speeds: 5Mbps/2Mbps
Ability to accurately type 35wpm
Exceptional customer service and people skills
Ability to learn new technology and processes
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems (a plus)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed
Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with teams
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills
