Prioritize service and customer experience in all interactions

Schedule reservations for patients and families
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service experience or related guest-focused engagement
Call center experience in a fast-paced setting
Excellent computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
High School diploma or GED required
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Spanish speaking skills are a plus

Previous experience in a healthcare-related service
