Remote Call Center Representative - 3rd Shift

About the Role:
Receive and respond to incoming calls for roadside assistance, providing timely and effective solutions to meet member needs
Gather required information, verify membership details, and utilize department software to ensure accurate data capture and prioritize calls for safety issues
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns and providing detailed information on road service products and services
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
Customer Service experience required, with Call Center experience preferred
Ability to work full-time 3rd shift schedules, including at least one weekend shift (typical hours: 10:30PM-7AM)
Must live within the AAA Northeast footprint (RI, MA, CT, NY, & NJ) and meet specific work-from-home requirements, including high-speed internet access
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
