Job Summary: As a Healthcare Specialist - Customer Service Representative, you will provide personalized and empathetic support to the medical community, responding to health-related questions from medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities via phone. Responsibilities:
Receive and process questions from medical professionals and respond accordingly via phone
Provide exceptional customer service and support to the medical community
Utilize your knowledge of various diseases and illnesses to provide accurate and helpful information
Communicate effectively with medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience
LPN with 3-4 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
Associate's degree and/or Certifications in a health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak with proper English grammar and syntax
Proficiency in word processing and other computer applications
Ability to work independently without supervision
