Remote Call Center Pharmacy Technician Compensation
Ā The pay for this position is $21.24 per hour
Ā Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
Ā A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Remote Call Center Pharmacy Technician Highlights
Ā This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
Ā The required availability for this position is 7 am Ā 8 pm CST. Training hours are 8 am Ā 4:30 pm
Remote Call Center Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
Ā This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process
Ā Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
Remote Call Center Pharmacy Technician Requirements
Ā High School Diploma or GED
Ā Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Ā Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with high volume call center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position
Remote Call Center Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications
Ā The Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level
