Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the agriculture industry
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Customer-focused approach, with the ability to adapt to different personality types and communication styles
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Any graduate degree, with a preference for candidates with a background in agriculture or a related field
