Remote Call Center Agents
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries or complaints.
Use appropriate methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
Efficiently handle customer complaints, swiftly offering suitable solutions and alternatives, ensuring resolution follow-up.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests remotely.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and document processes.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must pass a skill assessment and background check
At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Must have a computer/laptop
Headset or headphones with microphone attachment
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.
Working Conditions:
