We are thrilled to invite a Remote Call Center Agent to our dedicated team. In this integral role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by delivering essential information about our products and services, while efficiently resolving technical inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison for individuals seeking federal assistance, addressing inquiries regarding prior registrations and guiding them towards suitable relief programs.
• Conduct calls with a demeanor of patience and professionalism, actively discerning customer needs and providing clear guidance or referrals.
• Accurately input information into a Windows-based computer database while adhering to provided scripts.
• Supply necessary contact information and agency referrals for additional support organizations.
• Adapt to enhanced responsibilities based on the varying levels of support required during specific events.
• Participate in scheduled shift meetings to receive updates and relevant information prior to commencing your shift.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills, maintaining a professional tone in all interactions, including fluently reading, writing, and speaking in English.
• Proficiently utilize personal computers within a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Complete data entry tasks while engaging with disaster survivors over the phone to ensure precise information collection.
• Ensure calls are conducted in a private setting, refraining from using cell phones or public areas.
• Maintain a high-speed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps (50 Mbps for shared connections) and an upload speed of 5 Mbps (10 Mbps preferred).
