Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering consistent customer service
Make sales or recommendations for products or services that meet client needs
Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience preferred
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone voice and strong typing skills
Understanding of company products, services, and policies
Proficiency with computers, especially CRM software
Ability to ask probing questions and diffuse tense situations
Strong time management and decision-making skills
Adaptability and accountability
Fluency in multiple languages may be desired
