Responsibilities and Duties
Make outbound calls to customers on behalf of insurance companies, handling over 100 calls per day
Log customer information into multiple software programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Receive inbound calls from customers, following the same procedures as outbound calls
Qualifications and Skills
At least 2 years of inbound/outbound call center experience
High school graduate or equivalent
Fluent in English, with bilingual skills being a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and multi-line phone systems
Ability to work independently, with a suitable quiet workspace
Proactive, motivated, outgoing, and prompt, with excellent communication skills
Residence in Colorado, Texas, Florida, or Illinois is required
